LA CRETE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER - ANDREW + DEANNA

A beautiful day. Deanna and Andrew were married in Deanna’s parent’s beautiful yard! When Tegan (check her out here) and I arrived in La Crete, it was pouring. Pouring, pouring rain. Upon meeting Deanna, we couldn’t help notice her carelessness towards the rain. She had high hopes it would stop by her wedding, but also was content if rainy is what her wedding would be.

We slept and woke to sun. Beautiful, warm, June sun. Deanna did her own hair and makeup. She was dressed in her childhood room and we met Andrew under the pines where they saw each other as the first time as bride and groom.

The sun magically hid behind the clouds for the ceremony later in the day to create the most beautiful, intimate space. We enjoyed pizza and donuts while listening to speeches and heartfelt words by family and friends. It was honestly the most perfect, simple day. Everything was handmade, done themselves. Everyone pitched in and it was wonderful seeing everyone gather to make their day just how Deanna dreamed!
