ST. ALBERT FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER - THE HORNUNGS

Documentary family photography is a blast.  I had the amazing opportunity to join one of my teachers on this session recently.  The session was 6 hours long and full of great activities!  This is an incredible way to document a stage in your family's life that may not stick around forever.  Families grow out of routines as children grow up, move out, and get married.  To be able to somehow document a "day in the life" and create tangible memories is absolutely beautiful and so important!

I learned a lot through photographing this session.  Capturing a child's personality is so much easier when they can be in their own world, playing with their own toys, and are in the comfort of their own home.  Charlie is such a sweet boy and it was such a joy photographing him and his family!  I really hope to continue doing these sessions in the future.
